racinglady Valued Neighbor Fort Worth, TX 5 Posts	The signs were posted with the cooperation of the owner and under the supervision of Police to ensure they conform to section 30.05 of the Penal Code. The signs are legal and there is no excuse for anyone to say they did not know the property is posted. Police can issue citations and trespass warnings. April 8th 2008 Report Reply
since90s Valued Neighbor Fort Worth, TX 85 Posts	I find it interesting as to the posting of the signs. Are they targeting one group in particular, or does this pertain to all who would dare take a stroll around the lakes/ponds/swamps? April 9th 2008 Report Reply
