Nice thought, but I have seen cases where people have gotten sued even with signs posted. Shoot, the ones I don't understand are the business owners being sued by people physically breaking into a place and getting hurt. One higher profile case was in Miami several years ago, I believe. Remember, this is a law suit society we live in now, short of an ironclad signed waiver, who's ever safe?

Hey all, just curious, who owns the greenbelt. What I refer to as the greenbelt is that stretch of land which creates a buffer between the neighborhood and the unimproved areas. Of course I'm more curious about the facts rather than the "I heard it was, I think it is..." Perhaps some of RTHA execs might know. That land also belongs to Ken Newell. He plans to leave it as a green belt. Another neighborhood (a Lakes addition) will be devloped on the other side sometime in the next year or so. |
