The printer did not get the ballots out in the mail in time, so, the annual is once again postponed.  Check the Calendar for updates on the new date.

WOW!!! That is very hard to believe. Now I get to go out and tell all the neighbors I told to go to the meeting on Wed, nope cancelled again. Now I won't have any credibility either. Thanks...

 I wrote on Jan 21st that we hadn't got the notices yet and you replied they were mailed out around the week of the 14th. But then you come back and say they haven't been send out because his PRINTER didn't get the ballots out in the mail.... Correct me if I am wrong but the ballots were mailed out in December so why are we canceling this meeting? One has to wonder what is going on here????? Do some of the board member think if they stretch out the annual meeting that people who are not happy with the HOA increase that the heat will go away  

You have no idea how frustrated I am as well...as well as many of the board members.   Brett told all of the board members that he mailed out the new ballots and meeting information around the 14-16th.   Just today, he told us the "printer" never sent out the information.  I do my best to keep the community informed on this website as soon as I know things.  I posted this thread right after reading his email.  We cannot hold a meeting without written notification, and if we sent out notice today, nobody would get it by Wed, and even if they did, what kind of turn out would you expect if you got the notice the day of the meeting??? 

We are all getting jerked around, not just you.  All the board members know how we look right now, we are not putting off this meeting in hopes that people will forget about the issues!!   That's obsurd!!
