Acting on the advice of our HOA attorneys, the annual meeting has been cancelled this year. They suggested we attempt another annual at the end of the year. We sent out ballots a few months back and did not get a quarum between the ballots and homeowners present. Due to our financial situation, they suggested we do not waste any more money sending out ballots for another annual meeting. So, our next meeting will be held on Feb 25th at Simonton and all the same info that was prepared for the annual will be presented. The plus is that we do not need a quarum of members to hold the meeting, so as long as 4 of the 7 board members are present, the meeting will go as planned....barring any problems with the school!
The next few meetings are posted in the community calandar and are on the newsletter that should be in the mail as well. Once again, barring any problems with the school, all meetings should go as planned.
