I am waiting for Oasis to fianalize Decembers.  Once they get that to me, I will upload from October to Dec.  And I'll post January as soon as they get that done as well.

To reply to Granny02, Oasis is our new Management company.  However our rep from that company used to work for Kachina, he left the company (not sure why and really don't want to know).  However the "broken printer" is not new news to me coming from the Management company.  I do remember another mailing that just never got out because the printer seemed to keep breaking down.  Heres the deal, ever hear of Kinko's ????? When we pay a management company, we do have a contract with them.  If they are unwilling to do everything in there power, and this means if there printer breaks down, then they need to go somewhere to uphold there commitment.  Also to the board members, there are certain laws stating that a anual meeting MUST be heald every XXX months.  I think you might want to contact the lawyers again to see if your viloating that law.

I am still waiting for Oct. finanicals which I was told earilier "there are none for Oct." RED FLAG

In reply to the annual meeting, we are required to hold one at least once a year.  Our lawers said that by attempting the meeting, we have satisfied the requirement and because of our financial situation we were not required to waste the money sending out more mailings in attempt to hold the meeting.  If the lawers tell us were good, I'm comfortable with that.

In regard to the financials, Kachina did not provide Octobers, that is what you were told, and that is the truth.  Oasis compiled all the information from Kachina and created a report for October.  So, again, once I get Decembers from Oasis, I will post all up to December.
