More shooting deaths-

I do, yes

I feel as safe today as yesterday or last year or even a decade or three ago.

This was tragic, absolutely. But your unrealistic fear mongering is not the right thing to do. You may as well advocate that we all carry to protect ourselves from any of our finest who may snap, or from anybody at all. Anybody can snap. It's an unfortunate truth. But allowing an officer to ''carry'' an assault rifle while off duty, if indeed that was the case would be well beyond reason.

You are arguing for the sake of arguing and it is unbecoming. Would you rather have all of our law enforcement not be allowed to have guns? Remember, they are like all of us, they can snap anytime too.

But go ahead, change it up and find something else to be outraged about. It won't help what happened and won't change anything but if it makes you feel better then be my guest.

I didn't realize I asked you if you felt safe or that I told you I had some kind of fear. The only thing I fear is idoits getting guns. History should tell you why. When did people in this country start believing it's better to kill people then take steps to assure bad people don't get guns? I don't think that's living in fear. Maybe livig smart, but not fear.

BTW - I'm not arguing with you. I respectively disagreed over a statement you made and added my 2cents. Is this not allow in your world? Maybe I should just agree, You know living in fear and all..........

:-)

Peace

yes it is tragic

just a couple things. first we need to spend more on education. we need to teach things like compassion, caring, anger management, problem solving. we spent 500 billion for Iraq and we have our own problems. 2nd for all you gun control supporters, australia is a no gun country. you could move there or japan they to are gun free. good luck mates, you don't like choice go where there is none. here my relatives died to defend my right, they gave their lives so WE could be free. don't like it, move. see ya. aloha you can not expect someone to know how to act. if they had bad parents then they will learn from them. if you are not taught how to be a man then how will you be one. if your parents were dysfunctional then you will most likely be dysfunctional. educate the children. we don't need more controls we need more education. our school system is a mess, dhs is a mess, ss is a mess, the justice system is a mess. more controls is not the answer. those who pound thier guns into plows, plows for those who don't. the constitution is being eroded away and no one cares! which arm you want your chip.
